Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel 日前推出由酒店副总厨Chef Pablo Crespo精心制作的西班牙特色小食Tapas,每日从中午12时至晚上10在酒店大厅的Lobby Lounge限时供应。

出生于瓜地马拉的副总厨Chef Pablo Crespo原是位法律系毕业生,后决定转战厨房而去考了专业的厨艺文凭。对这位在充满西班牙殖民风情的城市中成长的厨师而言,他善于主理西班牙料理,而这次所推出的西班牙tapas更是带有浓厚的瓜地马拉风味。

随着Tapas菜单的推出,食客们能在轻松闲适的气氛中松懈身心,一边品尝美酒一边细尝精致美味的Tapas,共备有7款选择,价钱RM18

Smoked salmon carpaccio with avocado cubes
薄切烟熏三文鱼在添加了柠檬醋后鲜味被提升了,鳄梨果增添了丰腴口感,香脆的烤面包和松子亦大大地丰富了整体口感。

Cod tartar with avocado and chili oil
参考自秘鲁古方并结合本地嗜辣元素,这款鳕鱼小食不仅让人尝出鱼鲜味,更吃到本地叁峇酱的辣味。
