On 27 October 2016, Tamarind Springs Restaurant was transformed
into a gastronomic playground featuring over 60 sampling dishes, 22 wineries
from 9 countries, 5 award-winning restaurants, 3 hotels and resorts and more.
Despite the heavy downpour in the late evening, I enjoyed the awesome
spread of foods while sipping my favourite wine by the pool.
Thank you to Shirley for the great company, I had a wonderful
gastronomy journey at Samadhi Carnival 2016. Can’t wait for the next Samadhi
Carnival!
