距离去年的情人节独家试吃(请按此),在相隔1年后的某个美丽的星期天早上重返这家位于城中5星级酒店Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel 5楼的Villa Danieli意大利餐厅,试吃于每逢星期天,早上11时至下午3时限时推出的「Sunday Italian Prosecco Brunch」,无限量畅饮意大利Prosecco美酒和细尝由来自意大利西西里的新总厨Chef Gaetano Di Stefano所精心打造的正宗意式美食。
心里实在迷恋Villa
Danieli这栋洋溢着浓浓的意大利风情的别墅餐厅,透过优雅别致的古典摆设、色彩斑斓夺目的壁画和昏暗的灯光,营造出浪漫宜人的氛围。透过开放式厨房可以一窥厨师们用心地烹调,用餐时心里感觉特别温暖,午间阳光洒入室内更为慵懒的星期天增添一丝活力。
主角Prosecco普罗塞克葡萄酒产自意大利威尼托(Veneto),和法国的Champagne同属气泡酒,可是基于地理位置上的差异,加上酿造的葡萄品种不同,相比之下Prosecco带有更浓郁的水果香气和花香,味道更为甜美,更成为欧美最受欢迎的葡萄酒品牌。由于在压力较小的大槽环境下陈年,所酿造出的Prosecco气泡较轻且不持久。

拥有几百年历史的Andreola 酒庄在Prosecco的Valdobbiadene瓦尔多比亚德尼酿酒,打造出金黄色泽、气泡细腻、带有梨子和花香气、口感轻盈,感觉清新的气泡酒。
首先宾客可前去露台处的自助餐台挑选各式小巧精致的antipasto开胃菜以唤醒味蕾。香甜的Prosecco无论搭配餐前小吃、冷盘以及芝士盘等开胃菜都一律特搭。
